Food & Order Satisfaction

At Soul de Cuba Cafe, we take pride in preparing fresh meals and providing a positive dining experience for every guest. If you are dissatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, preparation error, or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Our team will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and work toward a fair resolution, which may include correcting the order, replacing the item, issuing store credit, or providing a refund when appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Because our products are prepared fresh and are perishable in nature, we generally cannot accept returns of food or beverage items. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time after purchase and may require proof of purchase or order details. Refunds will not typically be provided for personal taste preferences, changes of mind after an order has been prepared, or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Online Orders, Catering & Special Requests

For online orders placed through our website or third-party ordering platforms, guests should report any issues promptly upon receiving their order. Catering orders, special events, and large custom orders may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking.
